OUR  MEDICAL  GRANTS  ADVISORY  COMMITTEE

The Foundation's Medical Grants Advisory Committee's (MGAC) members are leading specialists in the field of malignant disease.

Prior to the introduction of Cure Cancer Australia’s awarding grants through the Priority -driven Cancer Research Scheme (PdCCRS), the Medical Grants Advisory Committee managed the Cure Cancer Australia grant application process, setting the criteria for funding and selecting projects for funding on the basis of excellence.

The Committee members remain available as an advisory body to provide independent advice and assistance to the Research Committee on matters such as alternate funding mechanisms, special funding purposes.
